The Building Manager is your first point of contact for any issue relating to the property. The Building Manager is authorised by the Owners Corporation to act on its behalf in all operational matters including maintenance, security, safety and issue resolution.

The Building Manager and evening/weekend Concierge can be contacted between 7.30am and 11.30pm on 0422 387 384.  Telephone calls are not taken outside these hours.

The Building Manager's Office is located on the ground floor foyer.  If the office is unattended please call 0422 387 384 as staff will be at the building during the above times.

Please note, the Building Manager and Concierge staff do not provide a key management service for individual apartments and are not authorised to permit entry into any Lot.  If you have lost or misplaced a key or need access to an apartment, you will need to contact the Agent responsible for the apartment.
