The Renovation Policy provides standards and guidelines including how to progress proposed works for apartments and balconies. It is an approved document, aligns with the Owners Corporations Rules and must be followed before any works are commenced.

The standards and controls within the Renovation Policy aim to protect investments of Owners by ensuring that any apartments upgraded proceed in a manner that:

  • Benefits the building and its residents by ensuring any additions and alterations are to a high consistent quality standard
  • Is not adversely impacting the structural limitations with regards to insulation and noise transfer.
  • Respects the comfort levels and privacy of other owners and occupiers during renovations
